Refund policy

Sales are final for all custom orders.

Returns
Items may be returned within seven days of receiving your item. Please contact laura@veej.ca before returning an item. In-stock items may be exchanged for a different size or returned for credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be un-worn, un-washed, and in original condition. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within two days of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
